Steam Issues.
So I tried to play Black Ops 2 Online, and there was an issues with it connecting to steam. I have no clue how the issue appeared. I was playing BO2 no problem earlier today, and it was running fine. Then when I go on to play online, it said there was an issue with the Steam Cloud, and I have internet connection.
Can someone help me with this issue because I have tried everything to fix it.
I uninstalled Steam, then re-installed.
I ran a registry recycler and I ran it and I got rid of those issues.
I cleared my %temp% file.

I have this issue all the time, I just ignore it and fixes itself..
It's not even something to worry about, who cares about syncing your data to the cloud if you're not re-installing Windows anytime soon
