i moved for you, but basically:
1. Only tap for about 15 seconds per time.
2. Only tap a MAXIMUM of twice per game

Dont use tapping programs.
Instead, tap your self. Its easy. Unplug your cord, plug it back in.

15-30 seconds is what i go by, works fine.
