360 or PS3?

Hi i saved up some money and dont know what to buy, i was thinking of the new PS3 slim cos of the free online play and 120 GB HDD but all my friends play Halo 3 and Cod4 on the 360 and its only like what $100 (AUD) for a year membership to Xbox LIVE

let my know what you think and no flaming i just need some advice

I choice Xbox360 cause I like the Games.

for now xbox360 is better cause theres not too many games on ps3... 6 more month and ps3 will own xbox eventhough it is already owning...

ps3 was released before its time. ps3 is making a come back and will soon be more popular then xbox360

XD totally agree arun. PS is just bomb... and xbox is shet.... i sold both regular and 360 after 3 weeks upon purchase....
In the other hand i have 2 ps1 3 ps2, 1 ps3, 3 psp, 1 psp slim...

No way it's not the same.

Xbox 360 and PS3 have different kinds of hardware.

You can't compare both hardware since xbox uses a Xenon cpu which is better for games.

PS3 uses another kind of cpu which is better for math calculating.

It's harder to code games on PS3, so Xbox 360 games would run better with better graphics since it's easier to code.

There's no reason for compare both consoles.

Xbox360 have more games that are exclusive. PS3 is basically a multimedia machine as well. If your only gonna play games get Xbox360. A high end PC trumps all though
