Hack on other pc in same house

Hey guys, i want to hack on my laptop but i dont want to get traced on my main pc..
Is there a way to change my IP for this laptop, as if i play from another place?

I used google, i want a good vpn.. Is there one you can suggest (maybe free)?

Or can i even get a ban (on desktop pc) when i play with hacks on the laptop?
I mean, yes i am im the same network with my other pc but i dont have hacks on my desktop pc..

As far as I am aware using your laptop for your dirty work should not incriminate your desktop. This is because although they are on the same network they will have different MAC addresses. If you are still worried you can always use a VPN although coming across a free VPN that doesn't lag will not be easy.

kepard is a good VPN.. not exactly free though :/
