Let's talk about Rcon

So, this seems to be a thing that comes up fairly frequently if I get banned from a server. I've done some googling and it appears that there is an option to automatically ban players who are doing "weird" things. How exactly does one avoid triggering Rcon or other server host tools?

Don't hack. Solved.

Don't do things that are weird. This includes but isn't limited to:
Jumping off a 500 floor home
Walking through a closed door
Hitting a shot every time
Any other hack posted here that isn't normal.
