Im just wondering if anyone has been banned because of these and would it make it less possible to get banned if you only use them once everynow and then or is the chance of banning the same if you use it once to using it all the time

This whole post is a trainwreck. I have no idea what you're asking. No one has been banned for using a modified Assembly-CSharp.dll.
