Purchasing AP

I made a purchase earlier of 2k ap and then i waited for it to get to my acc, after that i wanted to add more and then when i press pay on my paypal, in aeria i get ERROR CODE: -901 Any ideas of why this might be? I need it to buy FR- Noel.

How can you get a FR Noel?

xmas flash sale, all xmas guns are able to buy for 1,5k ap
they obv do it because ava is dying and they want to milk out players. and christmas is over for more than 2 weeks, and why didnt they made such an event there?
