Anyone one know of any good ones?

I don't know if this is what you wanted but, here i go. If you want to make a FPS Game you need to learn to code. And this is the only game making software I know works; RPG Makerⓘ Hope this help's.

You can use unity3d.
RPG Maker is fine also.

There's no such animal as a 'Game-making program'.
Games are made with dozens if not hundreds of programs, from the Engine, to PS, to After Effects, to Reaper.
