The person who ratted you out appeared to be a scammer later on.
For lifting the ban part or not, that is now up to Symmetrical/upper staff to decide.
Although, I would like to ask why you avoided us and still proceeded?

I didnt even read the blacklist rules so I thought black listed can trade using OMMs :/

You've been here 3-4 months with no problem. I personally think a permanent ban for entering the marketplace while blacklisted is too much. Mistakes are made and things are forgotten. For most people, it's their daily routine on MPGH.

He asked about my mpgh to check something at mpgh i gave it to him and then i forgot to change the password so he scammed ...
and about Player33 keylogged me i paid him 20k zp to teach me keylogging then he sent me a file and logged out msn so i thought he hacked me
