How I could know that this account is flagged or not if someone told me it's flagged and the ticket got deleted ??

Please help me !

You have to send a ticket , if you got a replay then it's not flagged, if you got no replay then it's not flagged,
Sometimes you they replay with the flagging ticket and that's even better.
