Modselector, Replace value below insert line

I was wondering if it's possible to replace the line / lines below the insert line specified in the mod xml file with the new line / lines grabbed from the said txt file.

If this is possible I need information on how you'd do this becuase I need to replace some traits with new values.
if you can't replace lines can you replace specific values in an already defined trait somehow?
