MD5 changer, changes the md5 sum of any exe file, this helps decrease detection from many anti-cheat softwares. Does not 100% guarantee no detection however.

Works in Windows.

instructions:
-rename file to "Stage1.exe"
-Put file in the same folder as the app
-Run the app
-If successful rename the file to anything you like
