is there any way to get unbanned on DayZ standalone? Ill pay 20$ for a new key i promise via paypal.

Make a new steam account and buy a new copy of dayz standalone, I Wouldn't waste $20 to buy a copy that will get banned eventually, Don't be Cheap.
Buy a fresh copy in the Steam Store on a new Steam account.
