Does anyone know why when i try to download it, it tries to download attachment.php?

Try to use an other browser, it's normal that it opens attachment.php, but download of the attachment should start in same time, too.

how use or install it?

If VAC detects yes, but since VAC has never worked maybe not.

They do work, I'm still using them. You have to activate it in the little box on cheat engine.

how do i use the cheat engine? .... i got the file but it only has someting written in it and i dunno were to place it

Open it with CE.
Attach CE to the game process.
Change values.

when im clicking the ''Activate'' button on the cheat engine it freezes for a while then the ''active'' box is not checked
