The text outer glow is purple, comon man. Try blending better. The border thickness changes..stay away from that. Don't put the render infront of the border. In the BG it's just a black bg with some grunge brushing? Or is that a fractal..If the topic is underwater surely the bg should be underwater not some brushing.
Apart from that, keep going, you'll get there.
