HelpNeed help with ava launching

Hi, I have problems when launching AVA, it says me that theres an unnecessary program but there is nothing else opened at the time. I tried restarting my computer and make a clean with ccleaner but nothing worked. Sorry for my bad english. Error message

i think if that dont work , delet the game uninstal the game first. THEN donwloudit agen instalit agen. if that dont work Refomatate your pc. Ihope i help u.

1: Go to your Prefetch folder location in your C:/Windows folder and delete EVERYTHING inside!

2: Go to your XIGNCODE.USA folder location in C:/AeriaGames/AVA/Binaries/XIGNCODE.USA and delete everything in there except x3.xem and xnina.xem.

3: Go to your Logs folder located in C:/AeriaGames/AVA/Log and delete EVERYTHING inside!

4: Run CCleaner.

you should check all your running processes and close the unnecessary ones.

hi, i wrote this in other thread too, but when some1 read this, i hope he will be able to run ava again

pls, i formated my pc 4times, reinstalled operating system since 48hours, step by step to see where is the mistake. everytime i installed something i put a restore point. after the last time the game was running i disabled xhunter. after this time xigncode error occured everytime. many times i de-installed ava and installed back, and tried to run ava even without hack the error occured again. so i went back to the last restore point where ava was running and restored my operating system.
voila ava is running. think about when u last time deactivate or deleted xhunter and restore your pc at this time and u will see xhunter is back and ava is running
