Yes there is a way. Not sure how but I am sure there is a way

There's almost always a way or a shortcut to everything.
But in this case, there are no publicly available server files for you to get anywhere, at least nothing recent.
And there is no told way of how to get these files. Not to mention the power it demands to run, it requires at least 8gb ram.
So having a server run on your computer and then run the game alongside will likely eat your computer up.
