SolvedAccount got hacked.

Hi, so my friend on CF got his account hacked. He got off for about an hour, then got back on, he couldn't log in anymore. He was gonna send a ticket but he doesn't know his email or other info. He doesn't share his account with anybody though. His ign is: -*[VB]_LG93*.

Yes, Either your friend was using hacks previously and got keylogged or ..... he downloaded something that steals information, Your friend is technically done because z8games needs the info, best regards lol

There is no way to get an account back without information... tell him to do a full disk scan, delete temporal files and temporal internet files, delete any hack/hack tool downloaded or anything that could be stealing his information and check in system32 folder for any suspicious file
