Does CF work on Windows 8?

Does it work on Windows 8, cause if it doesn't then why is there some hacks for windows 8 like mamos...? soo would that mean CF could be run in OS windows 8?

It should work, but may give troubles in some cases, since it's a new OS... better wait and use Windows 7/XP meanwhile.
