Hey, I got a problem. Whenever I try to run it, it says 'Steam must be running to load' Suggestions or help anybody?

Your IPHLPAPI.dll is out of date. So remove it or dl the new version.

Doesn't work, hit insert like 50 times, I had to delete the dll due to the game reporting that steam must be launched to play the game.

I've read that you need the updated DLL but I didn't see a link to it in the thread and I've seen many people having the same issue as me with no solution posted so far.
