❓ Account help.

So I've been playing on an account for a very long time that I got on MPGH, it's a butter bar now. Today, I bought an ultimate game card and I want to redeem on the acc, but I'm not sure because I don't have the SA. So is there anyway that I can get the SA for it?

send in a ticket to z8games

no info

You dont need SA question or answer to put zp on the account. All you need is to know the email of the account, maybe...

Well I tried sending them a ticket, I put in the email, then my IP. But then it says that I need to enter the SA? Can someone show me how to submit a ticket? -__- still a noob

If you have access to the email, type it in here: http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx

In the email you should receive all the current info for the account.

You do not need anything but your pin for the ultimate game card. Your welcome and i'll give detailed steps on how to do it.
1.Goto z8games.com
2.Log In
3.Click deposit where the log in was. (if it does nothing make a new tab then go back to site and it will load)
4.Find and click ultimate game card under the prepaid card section
5. click the amount that you want (note: the extra cash will be put into a rewards account and this account will be shared into your email when you deposit for the first time.)
6.enter your pin.
7.redeem.
8. play cf with shiny zp!
