Lol.... I'm running Windows 10 Pro x64 and this Direct3D hack works just fine for me.... The problem is you guys is a common classic resolution problem... try changing you're resolutions lower to like 800x600 or 1024x768 and bam! it works (: wasn't working for me at first either then I was like... Wait a minute... I wonder, tried it out and SUCCESS! (:
