Need legit hacking help.

Me and my friend found an IPhone 4S Over 2 months ago.
And we wanted to give it back but the owner didn't give 2 shit about his phone. So we the passcode and reset the iphone.
and the problem is that the activation screen, we want to bypass it but we don't know how.
And i thought, What a better place to hack about hacking then MPGH?
So could you help us?

this won't work since the phone was updated to ios 7.4

I doubt there's a bypass around Ios 7s icloud activation....even if you were to bypass it, it wouldn't let you activate any apps

This is the kind of stuff I wonder why this kid does not have CS As Well.

1. Make a phone call (with Siri / Voice Control).
2. Click the FaceTime button.
3. When the FaceTime App appears, click the Sleep button.
4. Unlock the iPhone.
5. Answer and End the FaceTime call at the other end.
6. Wait a few seconds.

My friend Bs over here can't express himself that well while writing so you got somethings wrong.
1)The owner didn't look for the iPhone,while I looked for the person who lost the iPhone everyone started to shout: "I did!". So I took the iPhone home and left it plugged with a charger while still on so if the owner was looking for the iPhone,he called it a long time ago. The thing is...No one called so 2 months passed and I said to myself: "Fuck this guy,this is my iPhone now...I've waited long enough".
If the owner cared enough,he would use the app: "Find my iPhone" and find it after 2 days of looking.

2)I already hacked the passcode of the iPhone by hard reseting the shit out of it. Some kind of an outside factory reset if you would like to call it that way. Now I've got left with the activation screen which needs me to provide a SIM card and an apple ID. I presume that the phone is acting like I just bought it and I need to insert my credentials in. So tomorrow I'll hopefully find some good friend who'll provide me his own SIM card so I can authenticate the phone. Oh yeah,and his apple ID.

But if someone of you know how to bypass an activation screen without a SIM,that would be lovely because then I would be able to sell the iPhone and get some money from it.
