Looking for VIP rooms

I know they exist, but IDK how to find them or what the pass is.
Does anyone know where the VIP only rooms are and what the pass is?

Delta server, channel 9, any room pw= 00.

I have +4 vip's that's why I am in +4 rooms, enjoy.
