I believe all dupe glitches were removed in Epoch in the last few patches.
you can dupe a safe: here is how. 1 minute before reset place your safe and you will get your safe code. once reset happens you will have your placed safe and one in your inventory. This works, I've been doing it for ages.
dude if this works i will marry you jk but thanks ill see if it works and btw does it dupe everything in the safe or only the safe?

No dupes I know of
Just spawn the items in. What's the difference between spawning or duping. Admins will ban you either way.
