I got 8GB 1600Mhz RAM but on windows task manager it says 1333Mhz...
Did my RAM speed get slower? Can i put it back at 1600?

It is showing the ram not taken up by the system itself, I think. 
im not really an expert , but it prob has something to do with your motherbord or CPU only supporting up to 1333MHz , so you would have to overclock .

Resmon and TaskMan aren't really accurate, you should use a 3rd party software for your measurement.
