Plusmaster Servers Down?

I couldnt play bo2 anymore. If I start the game it shows nothing.
Are plusmaster servers are down?
or my computer problem?

holy shit I thought It was just me.. thank god.. I thought my computer had a problem

Yeh guyz its PlusMaster their website is down know and the oshibika prompt keeps coming up when you try to launch the game
