Hack Download Help !

Hey guys ive been playing rust ALOT lately and I mean ALOT. I really hate dying every 2 minute by hackers. So I figure 1 option. Become a hacker my self. When I try to download a hack it downloads Attachment.php. I click open and it opens "Blank Page" in internet explorer. I don't know how to download this file ? How do I fix this ? How do I download it ? It downloads the php site instead... Thanks for the help.
