Couchsurfing
Does anyone have any experience with couchsurfing? Please do tell your stories.
I did when I was 16. I lived between one friend and another.
I do not recommend it. Listen to your rents, it won't be long until you wish they would give you the advice they tried to give you earlier.
Google couchsurfing, it's a website you can use for roadtrips etc.
