Any problems with this?

Okay so im getting these new parts soon and i was wondering, If i changed my processor and mobo from a intel one to a AMD one would it have any problems with my GTX 780? Because i heared that the amd FX Series is better than the intel processors but i dont really know even though im taking a computer science GCSE at school at the moment where we learn about processors and clock speeds ._.

My parts which im getting:
GTX 780 GPU
Intel i5 4670k CPU
G43 Mobo
600w Power supply

What i might change to:
GTX 780 GPU
AMD FX 9370
(Dont know what mobo to get suggest one if u think i should go with this setup)
600w Power supply

9370 has an extreme TDP(so it needs a mobo which supports 220W TDP as mobos which don't support it might melt down lol) so I don't really like it...I'd rather get a 8350 and OC-it.

You should stick with the GTX 780 .

If it doesn't prevent you from getting a better GPU(which it doesn't, as you're going to get the 780) & if you're going to mostly play games, go with the 4670K)

Im not changing my GPU im changing the processor ._.

600W won't be stable for a FX 9k series cpu for the long-term. It's probably barely able to handle what you have in there now if you're gaming hard on it. I also don't think it's worth the money for that small of an upgrade. If you want to upgrade your cpu cost-efficiently, stick to the same socket your mobo has so you don't have to drop an additional $100-200 for a decent mobo.

However, If I were you, and dead-set on spending $500-1000, I'd keep your R9 and get the FX 9370/mobo and a 750+W PSU. The R9 and AMD chip will be much better together for gaming than AMD/Nvidia.

I'd use this, and set the usage to 90%, and capacitor aging to 20% (realistic number for a 3-5 year old PSU with semi-heavy use). You might also want to check if your mobo is OC'n, as that will suck power like crazy on the FX 9370 since it's base full power load is 220W. My Asus Sabertooth board automatically OC's my i7 3930k to ~180W from the base 130W, meaning yours could jump up to 300W pretty easily.
