paypal... help?

well.... i reach my "$500" sending limit some how... (dont even have close to 100 dollars sent.... not do I even have $100) so can someone help me verify the paypal? (this is a fake info paypal) I heard about SE'ing them with the bill but.... idk how to send it to them... and I lost the bill....

is offering Paypal Verification service. and there is alot of peaple does if you check marketplace they will help you
