Of course they are. CF in there is far far FAR WORSE related to hacking.
CF PH is overflowing with hackers, I can't say anything about the profit, though.
I think Hack Coders is earning like thousands of dollars a day alone in CFPH thats a ton of money!
I have a conspiracy theory that the GM's are working together to make a hack and like put ads on it to make a huge profit of money! This is only my guess I mean they still use x-trap because they dont want to lose people...Right?
They wait for like 10 days and update the x-trap..I mean that's a long time! Wait,you can detect a hack for only like 2-3 days. Why are they waiting so long? Tell me....While in MGPH it only lasts for only like 2 days even 1 day!!! While hacks like ftft,******,ytyt like that takes too long to get detected!

no they dont make cheats, even in cfph.
anyways, most cfs are infested with cheaters.
If we're talking about the sheer number of hackers, then PH is pretty high up there.
But CF NA is the one that makes the most profit out of hacks.

As far as I know barely anyone makes profits out of hacks. And as for the country that hacks the most, I gotta say it's Egypt. And that's why I fucking hate this country.
