Music Subsection?

Me and @Chibi' were talking about an idea:

Since I and a few others post Music threads randomly, and it seems to be popular here, why not make it a subsection in the Entertainment Section of General?

I mean, there is a lot of traffic for it and people seem to like it and like just sharing music with each other in general. I know we used to put it in the Art section but the section is dead.

Thoughts? Ideas?

It'd be even better as a sub forum of General for easy access too

general is the music subsection. why put content in a 'new section' that'll be a graveyard in 2 weeks when it could help make general itself more 'active'.

Indeed true.
If you cut an animal apart, all you end up with is a bunch of dead pieces that are worthless on their own.

All true, but I get annoying fucking comments and PMs about how it "Shouldn't be here" and all that. This was just an idea, and I do not expect it to go anywhere.

I like the way General is now. Some people disagree.

General section includes everything, so I say leave it as it is.

I wouldn't be opposed to it but as everyone has said it'll just make General less active and cause more hassle than it's worth.

There aren't thaaaaat many threads for Music in General or even the Entertainment section. They'd seem best fitting under the Entertainment main section.
