Heelllllp

For some reason when ever i get on mpgh i will be able to stay on 4 a while then i can't get on wats wrong i have to keep changing my ip is some1 banning my ip wat did i do wrong. It doesn't even say i was ban when i can't get on it just says can't connect wats going on.
