Hack client can be made now?

Hey guys I've looked for the rotmg version now in the test website and it was 19.2 .
So client makers can you guys made the 19.2 hack now ? I don't know whether i'm being silly? But help plz.

Since it is not sure wheter this is the version that is going to be up when the game comes back I would rather wait
