Is it possible to make your toon a crow with scripts via hacks or is this no longer possible?

It is not possible to morph into a seagull because it is not a playable unit. But you can spawn one and then set your camera on it like this:

Only problem is most servers BE createvehicle filters are set to kick for Seagull. You can use createvehiclelocal to bypass that, but then only you will be able to see the bird. If the admin disabled the kick for seagull on his server then you can use regular createvehicle and harass players.
