if i traded account and the real owner want to recover it.... if he submitted a ticket and have the registered email and it's pw and he don't know it will he be able to recover it ? and what about if he have an a older one than this registered email ?!

sometimes they cant like when the account is flagged

@hoping, there is a much, much higher chance of the account to not be recovered if it is flagged. When an account is flagged (via Support Ticket), it has been flagged by Z8 Support to be involved in Buying/Selling/Trading or has been otherwise involved and/or in violation of their Terms of Service. Z8 Support will then no longer aid you in recovering your account, unless under certain circumstances (this is extremely rare, and is mostly not the case), thus nullifying any attempt for the previous owner to attempt at taking back the account.
