yep, as other hacks, freeze values or change jump(s) to stop rewriting values
Hm, do i have to keep ce running ingame in order for it work? Is it safe to do so with vac active?

Safe, not really, but it's not too risky, either(chaning jumps is slightly more risky then freezing values).

I have used the first version of this tool and never changed the killstreaks, so after the 2 updates of the game, my killstreaks are still working. Im not banned yet and i only use this and nightmare visual tool, should the killstreak be a problem? must i be concern?

use common sense and CE tutorials... you already have KS values somewhere so set it ingame, scan for value, then again change KS ingame and again scan for value... repeat until you get desired addresses
