Its not korean. its just coded. If you look at a nexon coded file, its the same kinda keys.

i dont understand, it says it has been licesened then it goes to some error the licesened again then error, then combat arms loads up and that hacks dont work. someone help me

It does that if you have a different hardware id than the one for the key.
