Anyway, If you're using Visual basic follow those steps:
-Find "Project" in the upper bar
-Choose your Program Properties
-A new window will open, you'll see something like this:
-Click on the "(Default Icon)" and choose "<Browse...>
-Choose the icon from your PC and done. (Make sure that the icon you chose has ".ico" extension.
