Currently have a AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad Core Processor looking for a intel chip thats better and if ti comes with heat sinks that would be great

Budget $150 for this project

I'd suggest an 8320.

Well it all depends on what socket it is.

Don't really see the need for a new CPU set up if you have a quadcore from the past 3-4 years, especially if all you're doing is gaming.
