[Searching a seller] Need a CA Account!

Hello there, before my thread gets deleted again I have to say: I am giving the seller the money first, so I can't scam in any way. Also I'm not SELLING an Account, I'm searching for a seller.

The acc needs to have: Atleast 1-2 snipers perm :-)

PSC it´s paysafecard? What about paypal?
