Connection failed retrying

So not much response on my earlier post but after 8 hours of troubleshooting I got rid of every error so I can now run wserver. However when I try to connect it shows my ip connecting but i get the connection failed retrying error really fast on my screen. Here is the image

Any help is appreciated hopefully I get at least one response on this one.

Did you changed the DNS ?

what source are you using at first???? according to the photo it says that you are using command prompt.
