Many beginners, mistake the real meaning of an aimbot, and all that is possible to give HS, call Aimbot, but not quite.
Aimbots just automate your aim so that it automatically fix on the enemy, Aimbots have different levels of accuracy and doesnt necessarily being just head. And true aimbots, even Aimbot sets to aim at the head doesnt give you accuracy 100% HS. (Approximately 80%+ HS).
Btw Edit the size(Range) of the character's head/body (.nif files) to facilitate the HS or 2x Damage (Overlapping parts of the body) isnt a Aimbot but a BigHead or Body Extension.

OMG, I guess you made that up now, I've never heard something like this. You cant call something as AIM if doesnt need AIM to kill.
About the video, from Blackshot (Sweet bugged game), seems more a bug than a hack.
