HelpEmail:Passwort Checker

Hello everyone,
I am new into programming but I need the program.
So the Program should check E-Mail Accounts from .txt
The plain text of the .txt is E-Mail:Passwort.
So it should check the list and save working mails in another .txt.
Is this possible?
So if you can send me the source or write it me I am very happy
