Boot Hack

Hello guys, how is one able to boot all players from the room???? A n!gga player GGhostMoon has been booting everyone from the global channel.
Is this the VIP hack? there's no way of stopping him as of now. Never create a boot hack like that.... It's so annoying...... I wasn't able to play from morning....
