is the non steam download of cs 1.6 from the website "cswarzone.com" safe? (Counter-Strike --- WaRzOnE)

Please don't include the links and rather use the name only, even though it's indeed safe. You can look to the right where it says how many players are online etc.
They won't through money on ts3 for scam, so this should be real.
