So yeah I re-installed the game today and my FPS got raped in the anus....
Usually I had 30-50 FPS but now Im at 7....

Try seeing what is running on your computer maybe something is interfering with your cpu
Or
Mess around with you settings
Or
Check for virus

uehm i had this a while ago i didn't remember how i've fixed it though... You'll usually get low fps after new updates also...
