LoadLibrary

First of all i excuse for my bad english.
My problem is that the LoadLibrary cant open CSHell.dll,i tryied some different ways to open it but its an problem again and again ...
Every time i try to load this library i get a msg that msvcp80.dll is missing.Here in the forum i found out why this problem apear.Its something Themida i'm newbie so please dont judge me for my mistakes.So i ask for a help about how to pass this Themida Protector ...
