WTF!?!!?!!!

When i try to run VB 2008 express, i try to make a windows form project but all it does is say that

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Microsoft. VisualBasic.targets

is missing

Can someone upload that fore me?
I have already tried re-instaling VB and .net framework 3.5

....Is that suppose to be an error?

Reinstall the .NET Framework again. Make sure its 3.5

Ugh...
Just install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Beta.
Its the same thing, only a newer, more powerfull version.
If after that you still can't get it to work, PM me.
